Booking &amp; Payment Process<\/b><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Deposit:<\/b> To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required.<\/li><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Payment:<\/b> The remaining balance (75%) must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>2. Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Full Refund:<\/b> A full refund of the deposit will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 20 days prior to arrival. (Any bank transfer fees are the customer&#8217;s responsibility.)<\/li><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>No Refund:<\/b> For cancellations made less than 20 days in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>No-show:<\/b> In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.<\/li><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Early Departure:<\/b> If you depart before the agreed-upon date, you may be charged for the entire reservation.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\u00b7 Cancellations or changes to reservations (provided that changes are possible and subject to availability) must be made in writing via email or by contacting us.<\/p><p class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\u00b7 For reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb), the terms and conditions of the respective platform apply.<\/p><p class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\" aria-hidden=\"true\"> <\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>3. Check-in and Check-out Times<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Check-in:<\/b> Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.<\/li><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Check-out:<\/b> Guests must check out and return their keys by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>4. Accommodation Policies &amp; Restrictions<\/b><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Smoking:<\/b> Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.<\/li><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Quiet Hours:<\/b> Please keep the noise down between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.<\/li><li class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>Damage:<\/b> Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or the building during their stay.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"x_ydpfdca04d3MsoNormal\"><b>5.
